By using CitizenTest.ca, you are responsible for all activities that occur within your online account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. Refunds will also be processed accordingly.


You are eligible for a refund If you completed our entire training course (with at least 100% completion prior to sitting your test) but then failed your official IRCC Citizenship Test. Please note that you will also be required to provide proof of failure which includes proof of official notice given to you by the Test Officials. Upon verifying your completion of our training course, we will refund your purchase. Our refund policy is valid for 30 days after you receive confirmation that you have failed the test. Content Enrollment

When you enroll in our course, you obtain a license for a single user to view the course’s content via the CitizenTest website or mobile app and no other use. You are not permitted to transfer, resell or redistribute our content in any way as this violates our terms of use and copyright laws. If our system detects that you have violated our terms of use, your account will be immediately suspended and legal actions will be considered.

Citizentest.ca may also provide long-term course access for our user’s convenience but If an account is inactive for more than 1 year, we may disable your account and delete your quiz data for security reasons. A user may re-activate their account at any time by contacting our support team.

Gift and Promo Codes

CitizenTest or our partners may offer gift and promotional codes to students. Certain codes may be redeemed for gift or promotional credits applied to your CitizenTest account, which then may be used to purchase eligible content on our platform, subject to the terms included with your codes.

Independent Party

CitizenTest does not represent the Canadian government or IRCC and is not affiliated with these parties in any way. All information included on our platform is only accurate to the best of our knowledge and is based on the Official book provided by IRCC which is also publicly available and also referenced throughout our entire course.


No warranties of any kind are implied with respect to the use of CitizenTest.ca. CitizenTest.ca do not claim that the use of our services will meet your requirements, and be uninterrupted or error-free. Our questions will not exactly match the questions during your official citizenship test as we design our questions independently based on the publicly available book provided by the Canadian Government and we do not guarantee that you will pass your official citizenship test. By using CitizenTest.ca, you also agree that the use of our quizzes are for practice purpose only and does not guarantee that you will become a Canadian citizen.

CitizenTest takes every effort to keep our website up and running 100% of the time. However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control. If you experience connectivity issues, please contact us.

Public Materials

The main study material “Discover Canada” provided on this website is taken from publicly available government sources and is provided solely for the convenience of our customers. The Discover Canada book is publicly available to anyone online.

Updating These Terms

From time to time, we may update these Terms to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices (such as when we add new features), and CitizenTest reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time. If we make any material change, we will notify you using prominent means, such as by email notice sent to the email address specified in your account or by posting a notice through our Services.
